The perforation holes you see are common in pet food manufacturing and are designed to allow air to escape when the bags are filled. This helps avoid them bursting when they’re stacked in transit.

These holes were also on our previous packaging, but with the new bag design their position has moved slightly, making them more visible. We understand they might make the bags look like they’re damaged, but rest assured they’re intentional, safe, and have no impact on the quality or freshness of the food inside.
